Sr Administration Specialist (Training, Documentation and time tracking processes & compliance)
- Administrative function in Operations / Quality or HR
- 2-3 years of experience in Medical Devices and/or Pharma industries
- Bachelors level or equivalent
- Exposure to Compliance/Quality Systems Regulations (e.g. GMP’s, process/document controls)
- Fluent in English and French
- Office software and IT systems knowledge (LMS and DMS).
- Strong sensitization to the basics of quality principles in medical devices or pharmaceutics environments
- Can do approach, positive attitude for a durable partnership with internal customers
- Results oriented with dedication to customer service level and priority management
- Experience with reporting / metrics tracking
- Willingness to discover new things and cover a large span of activities.
