Exigences Minimum:
- Baccalauréat ou Maitrise en ingénierie (préférablement électrique ou mecanique);
- Baccalauréat avec 4-7 ans d'expérience ou une maitrise avec 2-5 ans d'expérience.
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience au sein d’une industrie réglementée, préférablement dans les dispositifs médicaux;
Exigences complémentaire:
- Compréhension des circuits électriques et des systèmes électromécaniques
- Expérience en fabrication de dispositifs médicaux est un atout;
- Connaissances des règlements pertinents (ISO 13485, ISO9001, FDA 21 CFR 820) est un atout;
- Connaissances des systèmes commerciaux, planification des ressources d’entreprise (PRE);
- Capacité d’innover au sein d’un milieu dynamique;
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes;
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication (oral et écrit) en anglais;
- Capacité de fonctionner de manière autonome avec un haut degré d’indépendance;
- Capacité de coordonner tous les aspects d’un programme nécessitant une interaction avec d’autres services (travail d’équipe et collaboration);
- Disponible pour voyager 25 % du temps;
- Une attention particulière aux détails;
- Expérience en conception mécanique assistée par ordinateur (MCAD), utilisation de SolidWorks;
- Le titulaire doit être organisé pour gérer de multiples révisions et diffusions de documents.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- Bachelors’ degree with 4-7 years of experience or Masters’ degree with 2-5 years experience.
- Understanding of electrical circuitry and electro-mechanical systems
- Medical device manufacturing experience is an asset
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (ISO 13485, ISO9001, FDA 21 CFR 820) is an asset
- Knowledge of business systems, ERP
- Ability to innovate within a dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) in English.
- Ability to function in a self-directed manner with a high degree of independence.
- Ability to co-ordinate all aspects of a program requiring interaction with other departments (teamwork and cooperation).
- Availability to travel 25%
- High attention to detail
- MCAD experience, Use of SolidWorks
- Organized to manage multiple documentation revisions and releases
