Software Engineer Lead, (DRM) Design, Reliability, Maintainability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Sciences with 7+ year of experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
- 3 + years’ experience leading initiatives or teams.
- 1+ year experience software reliability, process improvement, or efficiency.
- Experience, training and/or knowledge in DRM.
- Proven team leadership and communication skills, and the ability to influence others at all levels of an organization.
- Skills and experience in end-to-end process analysis, design and improvement to rapidly deliver major business outcomes.
- Understanding of business analysis and process initiatives to produce measurable productivity gains.
- Embedded, mobile, desktop, server, cloud, or other software development and test experience.
- Expert level software development process experience such as Agile, RAD, V-Model, Spiral, Waterfall
- Expert level with software architecture experiences such as microservices, client-server, service-oriented, event-driven.
- Demonstrated proficiency software process mapping tools.
- Experience in reliability and quality practices with tools such as DFMEA, P-diagram, Reliability Modeling, Integration diagrams.
- Possesses an understanding of working in an FDA regulated environment
