Software Engineer II- Azure/DevOps
- B.S./B.A.in Computer Engineering/Science or technically related
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Specialized Knowledge Required:
- Hands-on experience with Azure Devops
- Experience with version control systems with Git
- Hands-on experience in deploying and operating infrastructure components in Azure Cloud.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining CI/CD automation processes & pipelines
- Programming expertise -can write scripts from scratch in Python, bash or similar language
- Experience with static analysis tools and their use in a development lifecycle such as SonarQube
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, DataDog, etc.
Nice to Have:
- Azure DevOps Engineer Certification
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards/alerting via CSP native and ELK tools
- Experience in deploying/managing software to on-premises, co-located, cloud, and hybrid cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) languages like Terraform or Ansible
- Hand-on Experience with major Data visualization tools like Power BI
- Experience working in an Agile team setting
- Well-developed social skills to build alliances around DevOps goals and accelerate processes.
