Senior Training/Education Specialist - ENT Field Training
- Bachelors degree required
- 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, training, marketing or related with a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Knowledge of ENT procedures and products (navigation and/ or nerve monitoring)
- Medical device sales, training, or marketing background preferred.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to plan and execute events
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities.
