Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
-
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
-
Corporate income tax accounting experience required
Nice to Have:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Master’s Degree (MST, MBT, MBA)
• Advanced Excel skills including V-Lookup, H-Lookup and Data Manipulation
• Strong PC Skills, including OneSource Tax software and financial accounting systems (SAP, Hyperion)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good decision making and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills related to finance and operating situations, along with the ability to perform detailed work
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization
• Flexible - able to adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to grow into a management position
