DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to perform supplier pricing/Costing analysis and develop plans to reduce cost
- Familiarity with big data concepts and principles
- Experienced in exporting data from mainframe systems and creating useable management reports
- Knowledge in operations and key processes (ie., Machining, casting, resin injection molding, electronics, packaging, etc.)
- Ability to read 2D and 3D drawings (Windchill experience)
- Knowledge of SAP APO or JDE ERP software system
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products
- Some familiarity with analytics and reporting tools: Zycus, Spend HQ, Microsoft Access
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- Ability to work with little direction and supervision, manage timelines and expectations, adjust for unplanned assignments, and adapt to changing priorities
- Green Belt training or certification is preferred
