Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist- Outside US Travel, Meetings, Card
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in purchasing (travel, meetings, or corporate card categories) or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in purchasing (travel, meetings, or corporate card categories).
Nice to Have
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaker
•2+ years implementing, administering and working within the Concur Travel online booking tool (OBT)
•3+ years working in Travel, Meetings & Events and Corporate Card categories
•Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
•Project management experience
•Strong communication skills
•Strong analytical skills
•Experience with healthcare professional (HCP) travel & meetings and relationship to Concur and Cvent
•Strong cross-functional team facilitation skills
•Ability to influence for results in a matrixed and global organization
•Proven demonstrated results producing significant cost savings/value in contracting
•Experience drafting contracts and leading negotiations
•C.P.M. or CPSM Certification
•Ability to perform in fast-paced environment
•Ability to perform in virtual environment
•Ability to provide change leadership and accelerate change
•Previous experience and/or expertise with multiple indirect commodities
