Must Have: Minimum Qualifications
• B.S./B.A. in an Engineering or similar related field
• 4+ years of experience supporting application and database development with Bachelor’s Degree OR
• 2+ years of experience with Master's Degree
Nice to Have
• Experience creating C# .NET executables to interact with SQL Server and Oracle databases, file system, and invoke child processes.
• Experience unit testing C# .NET code using MSTest, NUnit, or similar.
• Data warehousing experience
• Experience creating and maintaining stored procedures for SQL Server
• SSIS and/or SSRS experience
• Strong knowledge of software design, development, debug and test practices
• Knowledge in database and schema design and translation to implementation.
• Experience with healthcare data domain.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency working in a team environment
• Strong Leadership skills and mentoring capabilities
• Has clinical infrastructure domain knowledge (IT Systems, HL7, EMR’s, PHR, Security and HIPAA, etc.)
• Possesses an understanding of the nuances of working in an FDA regulated environment
• Experience in Microsoft Visual Studio development platforms/tools
• Experience with applications that support Medical Devices and highly regulated products
• MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with appropriate computer science course work
• Experience with modern software engineering concepts, the software life cycle, and application software development
