Basic Qualifications:
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME:

Education Required
Master’s degree in health policy, business administration, public administration or a related discipline.

Years of Experience
7+ years’ work experience in reimbursement, medical devices, and/or health care.

Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required
Customer-facing experience
Project management experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience reviewing commercial coverage policies and Medicare payment regulations

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in health policy, business administration, public administration or a related discipline.
Understanding of US payment systems and healthcare trends
Experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry Health Policy / Strategic Reimbursement experience 
Experience working with product-development teams
5+ years healthcare work experience including 3+ years device industry or pharmaceutical industry health policy/strategic reimbursement planning experience.
Able to work independently.
Able to apply strong analytical skills to a variety of situations of varying ambiguity. 
Independently develop clinical and economical value dossier and value tools/summaries. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels of the organization.
