Senior Quality Systems Manager
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in quality or medical devices with 5+ years of managerial experience
Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in quality of medical devices with 5+ years of managerial experience
Nice to Have: Preferred Requirements
2+ Experience working in a regulated environment
2+ Experience managing and/or working within a Quality Management System
Experience with ISO 13485 and FDA 21CFR820, Quality System Regulation
Skill in multiple computer based tools and software programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS Project or site builder etc.
Experience at managing large projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated and results oriented leader
Ability to apply critical thinking to complex problems
Experience at facilitation, consensus building and/or conflict resolution
Experience in leading and applying effective organizational change management techniques within projects
Able to coach and lead within a matrix organization to accomplish tasks, projects, and/or business goals
Masters Degree (MBA/MAOL)
