Senior Project Management Analyst
Must Haves
• Bachelors degree
• Project Management training or certification
• > 4 years of relevant cross-functional project management experience in multinational matrix organization(s).
• Excellent project management and cross-functional team building, engagement and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving, out of the box thinking and facilitative leadership skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to different organizational levels and in-/ external stakeholders.
• Passion for simplifying complexity and working through ambiguity
• Reliably high levels of accuracy, accountability, integrity and flexibility.
• Strong internal customer focus and understanding.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice To Haves
• Advanced degree
• Experience with IT projects
• Experience with change management or operational excellence programs.
• Regulatory Affairs or Quality functional experience
