Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree 
  • 10 + years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience includes business development, marketing, strategy, management consulting, or financial modeling
Nice to Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree or PhD
  • Experience in a high performance and fast-paced environment demanding a sophisticated approach to understanding market models, competitive trends and business strategy
  • Excellent communications skills (including writing & presentation creation, editing & delivery) with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, customers and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience and aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and global initiatives
  • Understanding of the medical device product development and regulatory approval processes
  • Strong hands-on proficiency with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel pivot tables and macros, database mining, PowerPoint
