Senior Principal Strategist, Strategy & New Opportunities - Cardiac Implantables
• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience in business development, investment banking, finance, marketing, management consulting, strategy and/or program management (8+ years with advanced degree)
Nice to Have
• Strong process mindset, program management skillset; Experience leading cross functional teams, managing across a complex matrix and achieving aggressive objectives through influence management and organizational leadership
• Strong leadership presence and executive communication; proven ability to set objectives and to drive a diverse team to achieve milestones
• Understanding of the cardiac implantable businesses and respective OU’s; Global markets understanding
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the areas of strategy, upstream, analytics, or BD
• A demonstrated success in identifying and developing new market and business opportunity assessments, conducting diligence and executing Business Development deals
• Advanced multi-disciplinary skills in business and financial analytics, modeling, strategic planning, marketing, marketing research, public speaking, influencing and negotiation
