Senior Marketing Communications Specialist - Medtronic Brain Therapies
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications or related and 4+ years of experience in marketing communications, marketing or other relevant area, or a minimum of 2 years with a Masters degree.
- Experience in integrated planning, execution and measurement across paid, owned and earned channels.
- MBA or Masters of Communications
- Expertise in cross-channel content development and editing, with a focus on digital.
- Three years within a corporate or agency setting.
- Experience working medical device or other regulated industry.
- Knowledge of surgical technologies and markets.
- Negotiation, influence, and change management experience.
- Strong project and budget management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners and work effectively across all functional areas.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work with complex and sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and excel under pressure and tight deadlines.
