Senior Market Development Specialist, Health Informatics and Monitoring
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in progressive responsibility in medical device product management, product marketing, commercialization, advertising or communications field with a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years with a Master's degree
- Proven track record working cross-functionally with product development, technical support, marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and support
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience interacting with all levels of management, including executive leadership
- Adept at developing campaigns and programs for new market entry, new product introduction and market development activities
- Has led agency selection and management activities for product line
- Experience with global product marketing, communication, and commercialization
- Proven record of collaboration with highly-matrixed environments
- Experience working in health IT or medical device software related company
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects at one time
- Driven, results-oriented individual
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of products, sales force, and customer needs
- Adept at managing internal and external relationships through use of interpersonal skills
- MBA preferred
