Senior Manager , Corporate Accounts & Field Effectiveness - Telecommute
- BA/BS degree with 7 + years of sales, marketing or product management experience in
healthcare industry
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (optional):
- Experience working with field sales organizations and customers in a health care environment
- Previous Cardiovascular sales experience
- Sales management experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Extensive knowledge of medical device industry and products
- Demonstrated history of delivering strong project-related results
- Ability to travel over 50% domestically
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and initiative in accomplishing objectives of the position
- Tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion – professional presentation
- Intellectual inquisitiveness with a desire to create practical/innovative solutions
- Ability to develop objectives, work plans and measurements that are aligned with department strategies
- Efficiently manage a large workflow and multiple projects at one time
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organizational levels
- Ability to work and excel in highly team driven environment

In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals. Learn more about total rewards here.
The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
