Senior Logistics Analyst
•Bachelors degree required
•Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in transportation, supply chain, distribution, freight industry, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in transportation, supply chain, distribution, freight industry
•Experience in research, interpretation and application of regulatory texts
•Ability to comprehend complex regulatory/technical texts and interpret potential impact on operations
•Working knowledge of US and International dangerous goods regulations
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Strong written and oral communications skills
•Strong Excel skills, and strong analytic tool usage (PowerBI, Spotfire, Tableau)
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross department teams
•Self-motivated, aptitude for learning, passionate about generating/implementing new ideas
•Discretion with confidential or sensitive information
•Capable of multitasking and working with changing priorities and deadlines
•Previous experience in operational optimization, supply chain operations/management
•Freight knowledge—understanding freight invoices/industry (from an operations perspective)
•Lean Sigma Green Belt Certification
