Senior IT Program Manager - Vendor Strategy & Contracts
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
• IT Strategy vendor and solution ecosystem development and alignment
• Vendor relationship management strategies, tactics, and techniques
• Vendor deal strategy creation and negotiation tactics
• Experts services acquisition and management
• Software asset management tactics and techniques to optimize efficiency and business outcomes
• Full project lifecycle and a minimum of 3 complex projects of more than 2-year duration
• Complex programs involving organization change and redesign
• Strategic Alignment
• Proven experience developing and implementing strategic goals
• People Leadership
• Virtual and matrix team management responsibilities
• Strong relationship building and influence management
• Facilitation
• Proven ability to compartmentalize complex problems into manageable milestone and goals
• Proven ability lead teams with diverse goals
• Program Management experience in transformations involving significant organizational change
