MUST HAVE (Minimum Requirements)
• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of IT experience with an advanced degree
• 5+ years of managerial experience
• Experience with Supply Chain and Manufacturing Systems (ERP, MES, etc.)
• Experience in the delivery and support of IT Systems in manufacturing.
NICE TO HAVE
• Knowledge of ERP and MES solutions such as SAP, QAD, and Camstar.
• Knowledge of Reporting tools such as Powerweb & Business Objects.
• Knowledge of Enterprise infrastructure concepts.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication skills, including communication with employees, clients, upper management and vendors
• Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.)
• Global orientation
• Ability to work collaboratively and partner with employees, leaders, clients and vendors
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proven departmental and project finance and budgeting experience
• Strong decision making skills
• Ability to work independently
• Technology depth and credibility to technical staff
