MUST HAVE - Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of IT experience with an advanced degree
• 2+ year experience developing or supporting web-based solutions
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes related to application builds, releases and environments to develop a resolution


NICE TO HAVE
• 4+ years of experience in release management, software configuration management, and software development
• A working understanding of programming (such as Java, .Net) and scripting language (such as Python, Perl), or Microsoft C# and ASP.net with MVC design pattern
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
• Code and debug environment issues, leverage troubleshooting skills
• Application development, data analysis experience at any level
• Knowledge or experience with Web Services/application deployment 
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent time management across multiple priorities
• Demonstrated history of progressively increasing complexity and variety of technical roles
• Proven experience in environment management across a platform
• Track record of leading and implementing change across a platform
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, apply and support new technology
• Ability to read and understand technical design documentation
• Self-directed / self-motivated / self-starter; not easily blocked by barriers
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Background in Linux/Unix Administration and or Windows operating systems a plus
• Experience with automation/configuration management using either Jenkins, Puppet, Chef or equivalent a plus
• Some supervisory or team leadership experience a plus
