Senior IT Business Systems Analyst
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- BSc in Information Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent with working experience in a manufacturing environment. A previous experience in the medtech / pharma industry is a plus
Nice to Have
- >5 years of progressive experience as a Business/System Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of manufacturing process and related applications
- Able to mentor junior Business/System Analyst on manufacturing solutions
- Experience to drive mid-scale projects
- Good understanding of compliance requirements and experience validating electronic systems in an FDA-regulated environment
- Understanding of manufacturing execution systems and applications used in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. ASP/C# .Net, PHP, SQL, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. Git, Visual Studio .NET, FactoryWorks, SPACE, Loftware, Transform, Siemen PLC etc.)
- Good understanding of Data Management, ETL technologies, SAP Business Objects 4.1 reports and universes, Crystal Report 2013, Oracle PL/SQL, Tableau etc.
- Good knowledge of OLAP models (Data Warehouse, cube, dashboard, DataMart) and multi-dimensional design
- Equipment integration protocols and development experience
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Good in issue troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
- Experience of working with high data volume and strict performance requirements.
- Experience in conduction of UAT and documentation of test cases.
- Experience and understanding in Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes an advantage.
- Strong experience in conduction of UAT and documentation of test cases.
