Must Haves
• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant Marketing, Business Strategy, Public Relations, Employee Communications, Public Affairs, and/or Corporate Communications experience or Advanced Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience writing and executing full communications plans, including clear strategies, objectives, and tactics
• Experience writing and implemeting project management plans
• Experience counseling and partnering with senior leaders
• Exceptional writing (writing test to be provided during interview)
• Experience with organizational changes and behavior-based approaches
Nice to Have
• Experience writing for global audiences
• Personal interest or motivation in behavior studies/organizational changes
• Proven ability to comprehend and translate business strategies into clear communications for external and internal audiences
• Knowledge of social and digital media engagement
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Exceptional presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent project planning skills, communication delivery execution
• Experience leading a team of direct or indirect reports
