Senior Internal Communications Specialist, Marketing Capabilities and Functional Excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, learning and development or related field
- 4+ years’ experience in a professional marketing or communications role within a Corporate, Agency or Consulting environment; or, 2+ years with an advanced degree
- Master’s Degree in marketing or communications
- Experience in building training and development programs
- Experience in developing communications to support change initiatives
- Experience leading cross functional project teams
- Experience working with or establishing shared services, optimizing marketing functions or standing up new marketing capabilities
- Data analysis and reporting experience
- SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Eloqua, Workday, Qualtrics experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Presentation, influence and persuasion skills
- Comfort in facilitating discussions and presenting to senior management
- Ability to synthesize complex information
- Self-motivated and bias to action
- Articulate, clear thinking, creative and inquisitive
- Growth mindset
