Senior Human Factors Design Eng
· Bachelors or Masters degree/diploma in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphics Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, Psychology or related field.
Required Experience:
· 8+ years of design/ software industry experience experience.
· Good working knowledge of different types of Research methodologies
· Able to collaborate on Conceptualising, Prototyping, User testing digital products.
· Have a design portfolio that showcases web/mobile design, user research or service design.
· Have good working experience in one of the proto-typing tools like Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, Adobe XD
· Strong Problem solving skills.
Preffered Skills/Competencies:
· Have good written and verbal communication skills.
· Motivated to understand user needs using a balance research approach.
· Love presenting research findings and ideas visually and creatively, comfortable with taking feedback and iterating, and feels at home working collaboratively.
· Have a good understanding of layout, colour, typography in the context of screen and graphic design.
· Have mastery over atleast one of the prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or Axure RP.
