Senior Health Solutions Consultant and Business Development Specialist – Kazakhstan
Must Haves
• Degree in Healthcare management,Medicine, Business, Engineering or clinical areas
• 3-4+ years as consultant from a top tier consulting firm or high end healthcare firms/hospitals/MoH in a project management and business development function
• Experience in the healthcare environment and in dealing with MoH, hospitals’ clinical leaders, staff, and C-suite/Sr. Management as well as operational staff and stakeholders
• Proven experience in understanding and mapping a patient journey and managing end-to-end business development processes
• Demonstrable program management skills: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, relationship building, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
• Excperience in business development and generic consulting skills especially problem solving and process optimizations
• Strong experience in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
• Strong ability to develop and foster business relationships with continuously changing stakeholders and confidence to build trust with client stakeholders
• Thorough knowledge of the decision-making process within hospitals (physicians, C-suite, economic buyers)
• Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, proposal and strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery
• Excellent in Russian and Kazak, good level of English
• Willingness to travel within region and within the country (up to 50%)
Nice to Haves
• Experience in lean and six sigma with certification
• Master’s degree in relevant functional area (ie., Public Health, Medicine)
