Senior Global Product Program Manager, Downstream Marketing, Diabetes

- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or MBA/Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience
- Must have at least 3+ years’ marketing, sales and/or program management experience.
Nice to Have
- MBA
- Experience in healthcare
- 3+ years’ experience in Diabetes
- Technical aptitude, specifically in Diabetes and/or the clinical environment would be ideal
- Sales orientation or exposure to working with a high performing salesforce is very helpful
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing plans with strong evidence of product management experience
- Proven track record of leadership, self-motivation and taking initiative, can-do attitude, driving results in complicated environments, and effectively operating and delivering with minimal direction
