Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Nice to Have

•Supply Chain background/experience preferred; Knowledge of finance, sales, marketing, regulatory, R&D and other supply chain functions.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands.
•Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills
•Data gathering and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint
•Familiar with forecasting/demand planning systems and tools; SAP, Power BI preferred 
•Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of financial and operational impacts
•Building relationships with key internal and external customers based on trust and confidence
•Ability to report/communicate technical data to a non-technical audience
•Ability to communicate, partner with, and influence global team members
•Collaborative work style; customer-focused
•Medical Device or other regulated industry experience.
•Experience with large global manufacturer/distributor operations in a matrix organization.
•Institute of Business Forecasting and/or APICS certification
•Experience applying DMAIC or lean sigma methodologies
