Senior Financial Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Is a collaborator in a matrix structure with excellent communication skills.
- Has strong ability to partner with senior leadership and others and builds relationship networks at all levels.
- Experience with Medtronic financial systems: SAP, Global Planning System (GPS), Essbase/Hyperion & Business Objects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including the ability to identify key trends and drivers.
- Global Experience, working in large, complex, matrix organizations.
- Effective communication skills and excellent people skills with ability to influence multiple diverse stakeholders and build strong business relationships.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for creating actionable insights and analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to develop solutions and/or innovative ideas to problems and ensure that solutions are consistent with the organization’s objectives.
