Senior Finance Manager - FP&A

•             Bachelors degree required

•             Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience

•             Broad knowledge of various financial disciplines:  GAAP, cost, fixed assets, budgets and general accounting in addition to financial analysis and strategic business planning concepts and methods.

•             Self-Motivated, Analytical, Organizational, Interpersonal, Adapting to Change.

•             Independent, Action oriented and ‘hands on’ team player.

•             Ability to develop financial models, identify key issues, convey results and propose alternatives to financial and non-financial managers in a concise manner. 

•             Solid communication and presentation skills.

•             Solid knowledge of accounting/finance systems and broad understanding of the business and processes.

•             Resource and budget management experience.

•             The ability to manage diversity, solve problems and make decisions.

•             The capability to collaborate across complex matrix organization.

•             Manufacturing / Supply Chain finance experience

•             BD&L and Investor Relations experience

•             High energy and a proven track record of influencing accountability as well as attaining organizational and personal objectives.

•             Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and ability to work with various levels of management

•             Experience leading in a complex organization.

•             Aptitude to enable strategic direction for the business with the ability to balance business needs with relevant financial control objectives.

•             Track record of implementing Operational Excellence
