Senior Engineering Supervisor - Product Development - C#.Net , ASP.Net
Job Responsibilities
- 12+ years of progressive experience in technical and program management IoT / Application software product development life cycle
- Using C#, Xamarin, .Net and other MS Technologies
- Must have 3 or more years of experience in managing 10+ team size
- Must have 3 or more years of experience in a regulated industry such as medical, aerospace, transportation etc.
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and in budget
- Required Skills/Competencies:
- Direct people management, having experience of managing a sizeable team working on application software development & Test for medical device programming
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, cost and meeting business expectations
- Experience in building and nurturing a high performing team that embraces innovation, creativity, quality and reliability including product features, technologies, infrastructure and tools
- Hands-on application development experience (right from requirement analysis to deployment)
- Working knowledge of Agile or SAFe software and Systems engineering
- Experience in working with Cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Effective and influential communicator (Oral & Written)
- Demonstrated high values of ethics and integrity
- Hands-on experienced in object-oriented software programming
- Knowledgeable and/or experience in desktop applications, web applications, mobile apps software technology.
Minimum Qualification
- Required: Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Sciences, Biotechnology, Bio-Medical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Preferred: - Maters in Engineering or master’s in technology computer sciences, Bio-Technology, Bio-Medical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
Principal Working Relationship
- You will report to Engineering Manager, R&D
- You will Interface with other R&D supervisors, program analysts and cross-functional representatives within and outside of R&D.
Nice to Haves
- Working Knowledge of DRM, Six-Sigma and Black Belt principles
- Knowledge of technology developments as it applies to digital, implantable devices, sensors and other industry trends
- Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration
- Knowledgeable and/or experience in using mobile automation tools such as Appium, SeeTest
- Knowledgeable and/or experience in using test automation tools such as TestComplete, QTP, Selenium, SeeTest, Eggplant, Cucumber or SOAPUI
- Knowledgeable and/or experience in using static code analysis tools such as SonarQube, Parasoft, Klocwork or Coverity.
- Competent in software development and test processes including design methodologies, design patterns, requirements-driven development, and test-driven development.
