Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience , or Advanced Degree with a minimum 13 years prior relevant experience, minimum of 10 years of managerial experience
Nice to Have: Preferred Requirements
- Masters of Biostatistics, PhD preferred
- Experience leading and influencing a large Biostats organization at a matrixed Medical Device or Pharma organization
- Extensive and successful interactions with regulators to drive acceptance of new statistical methods and innovative evidence approaches to gain regulatory approval
