Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant Contract Analyst experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience
Nice to Have
- Five (5) years of billing, claim processing, collections, DME processing or managed care contacting experience within the healthcare industry.
- Licensing, Credentialing and Accreditation experience for medical device manufactures
- Understanding of State Medicaid, CMS Regulations and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR’s) specific to Part B and Part D Suppliers
- Understanding of healthcare industry systems and the financial dynamics of the managed care/heath care industry.
- Working knowledge of government and managed government programs.
- Paralegal Certification plus 2-4 years of relevant Commercial contracting/legal experience with Sales agreements
- Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharmacy Contracting or Technology industry experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple diverse responsibilities in a high paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to resolve issues of conflict in a tactful and professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as being an individual contributor.
- Demonstrated ability to manage an issue through resolution while keeping all interested parties updated.
