IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME:

REQUIRED EDUCATION: 
•  Bachelor’s Degree  

REQUIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 
•  7+ years (with Bachelor's) or 5+ years (with Master's) of prior industry experience

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 
•  Experience managing and/or working within a Quality Management System
•  5+ years experience leading quality system inspections
•  Experience managing programs or projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•  Experience working in a regulated environment
•  Proficient with multiple computer based tools and software programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS Project or site builder etc.
•  Track record of delivering results 

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: 
•  Masters Degree (MBA/MAOL)
•  Change Management Certifications or experience putting Change Management models into practice
•  PMI Certification
•  Excellent planning and organizational skills
•  Highly motivated and results oriented leader
•  Experience at developing & administering project schedules, and performance standards
•  Experience working in medical device, pharmaceutical, biologics or aerospace industry
•  Experience in leading and applying effective organizational change management techniques within projects and complex organizations
•  Able to coach and lead a wide range of people to accomplish tasks, projects, and/or business goals
•  Experience leading in global, multi-cultural environments
•  Demonstrated ability to plan and manage external inspection activities

•  Must have the ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally, up to 15%
