Senior Clinical R&D Manager
- Advanced degree in Bio-Medical engineering/Medicine/Life Sciences or Engineering with relevant experience
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the medical devices industry in the roles which include most of the key responsibilities as described above
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as people manager, managing teams of 10 or more employees
- Proven record of successful clinical research in the Med tech area
- Experience in leading human factors and UX teams
- Proven record of successful medical product development, from idea to product
- Experience working closely with peers, customers, and patients in Israel and abroad
- Exceptional communication and in-personal skills
- Strong managerial and organizational skills
- Clear thinker with clinical-analytical mindset
- Leader with a proactive approach
- Fluent Hebrew and English
Nice to have:
- Experience in developing products/applications that are AI based – an advantage
