BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years of project/program management
• 5+ years of experience managing people or project teams
DESIRED/PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• PhD degree in Science or Engineering
• Experience in design and execution of clinical research
• Project Management Certification
• Clinical/technical understanding cardiac therapies and devices
• Experience leading complex projects and project teams.
• Experience working on global projects
• Experience with employee development (e.g. coaching, mentoring), talent acquisition, performance management, conflict resolution and/or providing work direction to team
• Exceptional problem solving skills, strong oral and written communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Fiscal management, budget tracking, and reporting skills
• Demonstration of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify and adapt to shifting priorities and competing demands
• Highly-developed interpersonal skills
