IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME

BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS 
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years of project/program management
5+ years of experience managing people or project teams 

DESIRED/PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
PhD degree in Science or Engineering
Experience in design and execution of clinical research
Project Management Certification
Clinical/technical understanding cardiac therapies and devices
Experience leading complex projects and project teams. 
Experience working on global projects 
Experience with employee development (e.g. coaching, mentoring), talent acquisition, performance management, conflict resolution and/or providing work direction to team
Exceptional problem solving skills, strong oral and written communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Fiscal management, budget tracking, and reporting skills
Demonstration of excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to identify and adapt to shifting priorities and competing demands
Highly-developed interpersonal skills
