Senior Category Manager, IT Sourcing
- Bachelors degree required
- Requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Sourcing or IT (Corporate IT/ IT Products / IT Services), or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Sourcing or IT (Corporate IT/ IT Products / IT Services)
Nice to Have
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, information systems, law, business, supply chain, life sciences, or equivalent
•Master’s degree (e.g., MBA)
•Understanding of Cloud Platform economics and value levers
•Experience working in a large multi-divisional corporation
•Global Category Management experience (Strategy Development and Execution in accordance to Strategic Sourcing methodology)
•Knowledge of working in FDA regulated industries
•Ability to partner with and influence internal technical experts
•Demonstrated leadership, customer service, problem solving, communication, negotiation, tact, judgment, and organizational skills
•Influencing and leading IT teams and external suppliers to deliver results
•Excellent written and verbal communication with strong program management skills
•Strong business and legal acumen
•Positive and energetic team player with strong cross-functional team experience
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•High attention to detail
•Strong analytical skills
•Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
•Travel up to 10% of the time
