Must Have: Minimum Requirements ~ Experience as a Senior Business Analyst
 
Education & Experience Required:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.    A degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred
  
Required Software Knowledge:
  • Proficient in the use of PC software applications including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, Oracle
  • Sequel or Sequel View reporting tool is desired or similar report generation tool.
 
Nice to Have: Preferred Qualifications
 
  • Experience with medical devices
  • The knowledge of analysis software tools and database systems to extract data for analysis
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner
  • Responsive problem solver and action oriented.
  • Ability to work under general supervision with a high degree of technical and organizational competence.
  • Good Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain, Inventory & WMS functions and modules
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
  • Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management.
  • Document and deliver functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases in a timely manner.
  • Write and review QA and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test scripts.
  • Prepare user documentation and training documentation as necessary.
  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
  • Software Architecture experience would be a plus
  • Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
  • Experience with SQL or other query language would be a plus
  • Experience in estimations and building solutions for business needs
  • Experience in installing, troubleshooting and repairing computers and laptops are desired.
  • Familiar with computer systems, billing, sales order functions and daily operational functions.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management.
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
