MUST HAVES
• Business degree with 6-8 years’ experience in finance field
• Strong experience in planning, budgeting & forecasting processes and financial reporting
• Strong skills in Excel, excellent in handling high amount of data
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
• Result & quality oriented
• Proactive and action oriented – show initiative and act with a sense of urgency
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Business partnering/interacting with internal customers
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, organized
• Willingness to Travel 10-20% of time
NICE TO HAVES
• Experience in a multicultural, diverse environment; multinational or audit firm is preferred
