Senior Business Development/Program Manager RTG IHS EMEA
· Preferably, Healthcare related (medical or scientific) degree or its equivalent; additional Business degree a strong plus
· Minimum of five years of sales experience in health-care/device sales or marketing or program management or consulting
· Ability to understand patient care pathway, diagnose customer challenges and opportunities, articulate personalized value proposition and translate this into innovative business model
· Good understanding of the health care system and health economics
· Working experience in International environment
· Excellent skills in project management
· Solid market analysis and strategic thinking
· Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills, leading to results through influence
· Ability to work with all levels of the organization, internally and externally
· Strong customer and business focus
· Good knowledge of the business drivers and trends within medical device business
· Ability to identify potential business opportunities and to execute for results
· Lead by influence managerial skills
· Proven evidence of Medtronic Leadership Expectations: Shape, Engage, Innovate and Achieve
· Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
· Advanced PC skills, particularly Excel & Powerpoint
· Self-starter, independent, dynamic, positive attitude
· Fluent in English
· Ability to travel up to 50%
