REQUIRED:
BS in Engineering
5+ years of relevant experience
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to execute quickly and efficiently in order to achieve results.
• Strong leadership capabilities; building, motivating, coaching and directing cross-functional teams and team members to meet company-wide strategic objectives.
• Practical program management experience working with changing business priorities and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
• Proven ability to interface with and influence executive leadership.
• Skills in cross-cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of business functions.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross geography projects or teams. 
• Ability to perform well in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work closely with technicians and other technical staff.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop and implement comprehensive programs
• Ability to build effective interdependent partnering relationships
• Ability to ensure compliance to FDA and other regulatory requirements
• Understanding of basic engineering principles
• Knowledge and experience in medical device development

Nice to Have: 
• MS or PhD in Biomedical Engineering
• 5+ years experience with implantable and/or disposable medical devices. 
• 5+ years of project management experience with multiple or large, complex projects in medical device or medical technology industry
• Knowledge and experience with cardiovascular physiology and anatomy
