EXPERIENCE
•    In depth knowledge of the local country health systems and experience selling in them
•    Demonstrated strong relationships within the larger key hospitals in the relevant region
•    Track record of building a business from the ground up
•    Demonstrated ability to work with non-commercial support functions like Medical Affairs, Finance, Tender/Pricing Team, Market Development
•    Passion for new and emerging technologies
•    Proven sales calibre and demonstrated at driving growth 
•    Strategic thinker
•    Self – motivated with get up and go
•    A problem solver using data
•    Good negotiator
•    Experience in presenting to senior hospital management

EDUCATION / SPECIAL ATTAINMENTS
Must have
•    At least 3 years of experience in sales
•    Degree in Electronic, Economics, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare or in Science/or other of relevance 
•    Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft packages and use of sales systems
•    Good written and verbal communication skills
•    Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
•    A Valid Drivers license 
•    Willingness to travel extensively in your region (>75%)
•    Fluent Spanish and Good English skills in both speech and in writing

Nice to Have
•    Capital sales experience
•    Experience in high-value capital equipment sales process
•    Masters qualification healthcare related (science or engineering) post graduate degree
