Main Purpose:

  • Develops products portfolio by identifying potential products, therapies and target user.
  • Generating product requirements and developing marketing strategies
  • Determining specifications, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product penetration.
  • Determines customers' needs, competition analysis and develop strategies to increase the market share.
  • Provides source data for product communications by defining product marketing communication objectives and deliver into proper marketing tools.
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales in AOP and margin by successfully managing portfolio product.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence


Key Accountabilities:

  • Market and customer management
    • Create customer database and select targeted customer to develop
    • Achieve targeted KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and develop into specific program
    • Strong engagement with related society and develop its program
    • Based on competitive information, develop counter-active strategies
  • Manage existing and new products and the mix

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and complete knowledge of company products and services
  • Bachelor degree is required
  • Good communication in English both oral and written
  • Preferable experience to handle consumable product.
  • Had experiences with OT & ICU portfolio product or target user Anesthesiologist / Intensives/Surgeon/Nurse.
