Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services

Is A Bachelor's Degree Required? Yes



Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree (Medical degree is a plus)
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Min 3+ years healthcare/medical device sales experience preferably in the field of Trauma and Spine fields (note: Trauma is the priority)
  • Highly motivated individual who has the potential to become a leader in the next 1-2 years and capable of managing a team under him/her in that country
  • Ability to understand and execute business strategy flawlessly
  • Experience in distributor management & product management
  • Able to quickly prioritize jobs under pressure and anticipate the changing needs of customers.
  • Demonstrate leadership and motivation skills
  • Goal setting and implementation skills demonstrated by a clear record of accomplishments in prior personal and professional pursuits.
  • Desire to win with a drive on results
  • Ability to travel frequently across the country as required by the business
  • Collaborative, Ethical, Motivated and Good Communicator Nice to Have
