BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Complete degree in any área: Business / Health / Marketing
- Advanced proficiency in English required (reading, writing and speaking)
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- Required solid experience in Trauma business
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Presentations skills.
- Results driven and innovative problem solver
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Big picture orientation with attention to details
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Special projects development (strategic, tactical plans and execution)
PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and ability to influence peers
- Strong self-motivation required and the desire to achieve measurable results
- Specialized course in the healthcare area
- Advance English
- Available for travel
- Works under general supervision
