Promote and sell company´s medical equipment and
the products devices for nurses, doctors, public health organizations, payers,
patients, etc.
·
Provide technical support to physicians by
training and products promoting.
·
Keep up to date and apply sales techniques
regularly.
·
Always maintain in due order, the administrative
and operational processes (files, e-mails, reports).
·
Keep sales information always updated.
·
Develop and implement actions in anticipation of
market trends that reflect marketing, sales and operational strategies.
·
Commercial strategies implementation, sales
target and monitor results
·
Manage budget expenses and product inventory
·
Educate doctors, nurses, educators and other
reference sources about the importance of intensive glucose monitoring for
patients with diabetes
·
Achieve and exceed sales annual individual
targets
·
Positionate the company as a leader in Diabetes
market through organizations and initiatives of local authorities as ANAD,
support groups for patients and others
·
Develop relationship strategies with key opinion
leaders and institutions
·
Follow-up competition performance.
·
Manage government accounts (Contracts, BID’s,
Tenders, Credit and Collects, Technical Area and deliveries) and obtain
financial information in order to provide complete support to finance
department.
·
Identify commercial necessities and
opportunities of the government accounts, proposing specifics actions to
improve and increase sales.
·
Understand the implications and difficulties of
the public market such as reimbursements, searching alternatives that not
impact the sales and market share.
·
Assure the established processes by Medtronic–
sales rules, commercial policies, responsibilities related to government,
medical association, etc.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
·
BA/BS
degree in any area
·
Advanced
English
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
·
Solid experience
in Diabetes/Endocrinology sales area or any medicine area
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
REQUIRED
