We are looking for a result driven, team-oriented, and dynamic colleague to fill the position as a territory manager within our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team in Sweden. 
Living on the Westcoast of Sweden (Göteborg -Malmö) 
Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) has an exciting portfolio of new products. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset with strong record in key account and document strong sales results as well as experience from medical device industry, we encourage you to apply. You will join a strong and very experienced team, consisting of 8 people.

A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving CRM market growth and market share within the territory, ensuring excellent collaboration with key stakeholders. 
  • Building strong and lasting business relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
  • Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review and input to sales and marketing brochures.
  • Educating relevant hospital staff on Medtronic products, using resources in the most effective way.
  • Maintaining and acquiring new product, technology, market, sales tools, and process knowledgeas well as developing all necessary professional selling skills, in accordance with the company’s personal development program.
  • Analysing the marketplace, developing an effective territory/account sales strategy, and presenting the strategy to management to gain approval for implementation.
  • Develop and drive activities that enhance and strengthen the network; (e.g. optimize patient care pathways – establishing cooperation with cardiology/ emergency/ neurology departments). 

Must Haves

•    Healthcare related medical or scientific degree or its equivalent
•    Understanding of the national and local health care system
•    Ability to identify and react to potential market threats and opportunities
•    Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
•    Knowledge of MS Office package 
•    Clean drivers license

Nice to Haves

•    Experience in tender management optimization
•    Target oriented with successful sales experience form medtech
•    Successful sales experience 
•    Thorough understanding of the Swedish health care system 
•    Experience with Salesforce.com
