A Day in the Life
Medtronic is currently looking for a Sales Representative Cardiac Rhythm Management to join our business unit in Thessaloniki, Northern Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for the achievement of the sales and profit objectives of selling innovative therapies, including Leadless Pacemaker, Antibacterial Envelope, etc. We are looking for individuals within the expertise of Implantable field and medical device field, that will support the execution of the marketing and sales process.
The position is based in Thessaloniki. 
•    Defines the Cardiac Rhythm Management unit revenue and expense strategy for Northern Greece in line with the regional strategy. 
•    Permanently evaluates sales and expense actuals versus plan in high attention to the details and intervenes in an efficient and timely manner in the case of deviations.
•    Develops/defines the yearly Cardiac Rhythm Management Business Plan, sets challenging (Sales etc.) targets and objectives for the representatives within the Cardiac Rhythm Management   Operational unit. 
•    Defines and adopts pricing schemes, introduces pricing guidelines and deal structures for different sales functions, controls implementation and liaises with the Director in case of necessary exemptions.
•    Analyses market size, competitive market landscape and other information from all sources. Develops strategies to improve sales, decrease cost levels and increase market share for all CRM product lines.
•    Builds strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process to enhance the Medtronic Brand and Image.
•    Builds strong relationship and manages business partners such as Strategic Account Management, Pricing & Reimbursement
•    Operates & Support Implantable and Diagnostics procedures in the Cathlab

Must Have:
•    First Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced degree
•    3-5 years in sales position in medical devices 
•    Thorough knowledge of the healthcare industry, previous experience in medical device or pharma where sales execution is a key for success.
•    Greek is your native language, and you are fluent in English.

Nice to have:
•    Experience in the CRM-field is highly preferred.
•    Experience in Cathlab 
•    Understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology
•    Effectively building and maintaining positive relationships with peers and colleagues
