Sales Manager

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of solid sales/marketing management experience in the healthcare industry. Experience in capital equipment is desired.
• Degree in Business, Sciences and or related discipline.
• Good knowledge and work experience in Vietnam nation-wide
• Ability to manage multi-businesses and functions
• Ability to manage distributors
• Solid understanding of the Country’s healthcare system, regulatory and reimbursement processes.
• Business minded, results oriented and highly driven.
• Strong schedule planning and implementation capabilities
• Ability to achieve goals
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to motivate and work through people
• Ability to make decisions in different situations
• A team player who works toward common mission
• Ability to sustain strong customer relationships.
• Well organized, motivated, energetic, creative, resourceful, insightful & personable
• Excellent oral & written communication skills primarily (English)
• Local language skills and empowered data driven decision making.
