EXPERIENCE
Must Haves

•    Subscribe to the Medtronic mission, company culture and values.
•    Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical, clinical or hospital management, leading teams and leading negotiations with a proven track record of success.
•    An advanced degree.

•    Willing to help by nature and a keen teamplayer, you want the best service quality, you are full of energy, you have a passion to clinical best practices and a passion to increase access to RAS and manage clinical variability.

•    Have the ability to express your ideas in a straightforward and a clear manner. You enjoy in engaging in thoughtful, intelligent, and factual debates, you enjoy critical thinking and are curious and eager to learn.
•    Speak English and one or more other languages relative to the geographical location of your job.
•    Modern computer literacy and solid digital skills

Nice to have but not essential:
•    Advanced Degree (MBA, MA Ed, MA, or PhD).
•    You are an expert in the world of surgery, possess active and deep know-how about open-, minimal invasive- and robotic assisted surgery.
•    You are an expert in Operating Room management or Hospital Robotic Surgery Programs Management.
•    Demonstrable experience including relevant experience in consulting.
•    Experience in change management.
•    Lean Six Sigma certification, 

Location:
•    Field based with +50% travel
